Detects the charging process by the increasing voltage of the starter battery (> 13.7 V). With this control signal, the MT RE 70 isolating relay, for example, can be controlled. If the voltage drops below 13 V (motor off), the control signal is interrupted. The D+ simulator is used when no control signal (D+) is available or when it is difficult to access.
